From Hartford:

Take I-84 West to Waterbury. Then follow Route 8 South to exit 17 (Seymour Avenue). Turn right at end of exit.  Take first right onto E 9th Street.  At stop sign, take a left onto Hawkins Street.  Francis Street is the first right, and the Chapter is the brick building on the corner.

From the South:

Take Route 8 North to exit 17 (Seymour Avenue).  Straight at bottom of ramp, to stop sign.  Turn right onto Seymour Avenue.  Take first easy right onto Hawkins Street.  Go straight at stop sign.  Francis Street will be the first right after the stop sign, and the Chapter is the brick building on the corner.
